  6. Then hit the 'Advanced options button.
  7. Reach the 'Advanced options' screen and choose the 'Start-up Settings' option.
  8. You should hit the button of Start.
  9. Now, Windows will reboot and display several boot options.
  10. Later, hit the F4 or 4 buttons over the keyboard to select the 'Enable Safe Mode option.
  11. Finally, Windows will reboot in Safe Mode with minimum services and software performance.

After reaching the Safe Mode, select the GPU driver and uninstall it. Then launch the GPU driver installer and continue with the installation process. After installing, restart the system, and it can start generally.

Reinstall the Windows 10

After trying all the solutions, now attempt reinstalling Windows 10. A clean install should solve many problems like damaged PC files and drivers that may have encountered the monitor black screen once install the graphics driver issue. Remember that to make a backup of the data before continuing with a clean install. You should use Media Creation Tool or make a bootable USB drive to install Windows 10.
